There are few poker sites for US players in June 2013 that offer Horse poker. In the past I could list poker rooms on the Merge network since they have a large list of mixed poker games and they accept Americans. They have lost a decent number of players in recent months because of slower than usual payouts so I don’t suggest playing there anymore. The problem is that there are few other poker rooms for US players who want to play Horse poker and mixed poker games. When there was a Pokerstars for US players there wasn’t much need for other poker sites. There is one poker room on Merge that has quick payouts. Usually skins just use the network’s cashier so if Carbon pays slowly the whole network pays slowly. I have found that Black Chip Poker is paying cashouts fairly quick in June, 2013.
Because Black Chip Poker uses the Merge software they have around 15 mixed games, including Horse poker. BlackChip Poker has around 12,000 players during peak hours but only around 1,000 are cash players. Black Chip Poker also has casino games as part of their poker software.

The cool thing about them is that they also deal with horse racing, sports betting and casino gambling. They also launched a mobile gambling service on June 1st.
Quick payouts to US players have made Bovada the top poker room on the Internet in 2013. I expect them to still be the best July 2013 USA poker room because they have been widening the gap recently.
Other US Poker Rooms In 2013
There are some other poker rooms online for US citizens in 2013. Americas Cardroom has done a good job recently. They have a big bonus and withdrawal options that are as fast as Bovada’s. Betonline is another decent poker room. They are a bit smaller than I would like but they are the easiest and quickest poker room to get money from if you are from the USA like me. I do a monthly Western Union withdrawal from Bet Online Poker and it takes around 24 hours.
If you do not like the fees for money transfers you can pick a normal check, a 2 week check or a 1 week check. It costs around $45 for the 1 week check payout but they do give one for free each month.
